Arctic King 3.2 Cu Ft Two Door Compact Refrigerator with Freezer, Stainless Steel

Why do all mini fridges seem to have a single door whether or not they include a freezer compartment? Beats me. Every single-door refrigerator I've bought that included a freezer compartment might as well have been a smaller, non-freezer fridge because they always accumulate enough ice around the freezer compartment front cover/flap to lock it in place within a month or two. I'm not interested defrosting a freezer multiple times a year. This unit has separate doors for freezer (top) and fridge (bottom). The two-door design is mentioned in the product title, but nowhere was that fact adequately described or illustrated. I bought it anyway. It arrived exceptionally well packaged. It has two doors! It works as expected. Nice!

Works great! Basically the same thing as some of the fridges I was finding on Amazon for a fraction of the price. I haven’t had this fridge long, so I can’t speak to the longevity, but so far I really like it. I keep it on the max coldness setting, so it took a full 24 hours after first plugging it in to get everything as cold as it can be. Somehow the freezer in this fridge is colder than the freezer in my big fridge back at home. I got this for moving into my college dorm, specifically this one for the price and large freezer section. If you’re looking for a cheap fridge with plenty of room, great temperature, and good freezer space, I would recommend this one. It was packaged very well with no damage upon arrival. Styrofoam is on the bottom, top, and four edges as it’s shipped and the doors were taped closed.

As a new fridge, it keeps items very cold. Don't turn the knob all the way if you don't have many items to place in the fridge. The shelves on the door is a little weird. It can only fit small bottled items like ensure or soda cans (but I don't drink soda). Storage is pretty good though if you want to stack items to make it fit.

This Double-door refrigerator/freezer is absolutely amazing. I am elderly and disabled. I needed something in my bedroom to keep items in so I would not have to walk to the other part of the house when I needed things. I keep ice in the freezer. I also have grandkids who visit me. We keep ice cream in the freezer for them, we keep juice, fruit, etc in the refrigerator for them. It has plenty of room in the refrigerator and the freezer. I keep frozen dinners, ice cream, cups of ice, etc. in the freezer. I keep so much stuff in the refrigerator. It gets so cold that I have to turn the temperature down. The temperature is adjustable with a knob in the refrigerator. It also has a light in it. It is just the right height and size for my room. It came well wrapped and insulted on delivery. You just lift the box off the top of the refrigerator. Then slide the refrigerator on the pallet it came on. It has small "legs" built into it for leveling it out. They are adjustable by unscrewing them until they reach the height you need. It is not too heavy. My 8 and 10 year old grandsons brought it into the house, unboxed it, and set it into place. I have had it for several months now. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this refrigerator/freezer.

It appears Arctic King is the Walmart label of appliances like air conditioners, dehumidifiers, refrigerators, etc. I bought this refrigerator/freezer combo based on outstanding performance of one of their other Arctic King products. This has a very nice size freezer for an appliance this size. It easily would fit the needs of a single person in a studio apartment or college dorm room. I keep mine in the garage for drinks for delivery drivers and freezer pops for them. It gets very hot in the garage and I don't even have it on the max setting and the beverages are ice cold and the freezer pops are solid. I wasn't sure how I felt about the individual slots on the door for beverages, but they work great for smaller water bottles or smaller Gatorade bottles. I purchased mine in stainless and it is magnetic. I'm able to put a magnetic paper towel holder and a few other smaller accessories on the side. I view this appliance as a big-time home run based on price and performance. I've had the product about three months now and purposely waited until we had exceptionally hot weather to write this review. Recommended.

This refrigerator will not keep food items refrigerated in a safe temperature range. I used a refrigerator thermometer to check. The temperature button is turned all the way.

I purchased this refrigerator in May, and it stopped working in July and had to be returned ,it made a vibrating noise constantly. There was not a lot of room inside, so you could not store a lot. It was always at max temperature , and drinks were always warm.

it is the perfect size and works great for a few months. Then it just quits and won't freeze or stay cool. This is the second one we have purchased in less than a year. Both times we have had to throw away food that got ruined from it quitting. Would personally not recommend this brand.

I loved this little refrigerator/freezer at first but now it is not working correctly. I bought the Allstate Protection Plan and was told I had to go back to the manufacturer warranty. When I called them, they told me I had to submit an email which I could hardly even understand the address they gave me. I guess time will tell if they honor it but it is very frustrating when it comes time to honor the warranty. They never make it easy for you to get the service you deserve or paid for but certainly don't have a problem taking your money!

I thought the price was great, theblook was great and was what I was looking for in a mini fridge, but it barely got cold. The instructions did give a start setting, and I started low and moved to med, but I still felt no difference. I was very disappointed and will be taking back for a refund.
