Arrowhead Mills Organic Unbleached Bread Flour, 5 lb Bag

I'm so happy to find Organic Bread Flour. Even better finding it at a good price point. I love making rolls. That means I go through flour quickly. I prefer to use organic flour when I can find it. I hope Walmart continues to carry the Arrowhead Mills Organic Bread Flour!! If so, I will continue to buy it. Great quality. Delicious results. 👍

Best price on organic bread flour I have yet to find. This is a staple in our pantry as it is very fine and smooth. We go through a bag pretty much every 2 weeks. This is my go to flour for making pizza dough, pancakes, waffles, and cakes. I will continue to repurchase!

I'm loving this flour. I started a month ago cooking Whole Foods and I'm using this for all of our baked goods. Love it and the price doesn't break the bank.

I have tried a few organic flours. This one is the best so far to actually make bread and biscuits to taste like bread and biscuits. Text is awesome, can sift or leave thick. For gravy it has never had a flour taste. Big plus.

Used this for my focaccia and it make a very soft ,well risen (bubbly) loaf of bread. Also use for the cast iron loaf of bread with no problems.

I would recommend this but you do not get 5lbs of flour so I do get King Arthur flour. It seems ever since Arrowhead changed packaging you only get 4.5lbs of flour and the flour is fantastic but money counts and if you get a 10lb bag you are still 1.5lb short. So great flour poor packaging.

Both bags were busted open all over the box. I do not have a printer and I'm more than 20 miles away from a return center. I guess I will not be ordering this item again.

I made pizza dough with the flour. I was wondering why it had hardly risen. Nothing like the previous dough I made. Then I remembered I had decided to try this brand since it was a little cheaper. I don't think it's worth paying less for lower quality.

I have yet to use this flour as I'm still using up the flour I had previously so I can't speak to the quality or the flavor. I can attest to the fact that all four bags I purchased were underweight. On average, the bag of flour weighed 4.15 pounds. Using the ounce measurement on my scale the weight came to, on average, 79 ounces. And these weights include the bag it came in so the weight is even less than that.

I can not believe this item was chosen to be delivered. The top seal of the flour has unglued and there is a terrible mess. I just want a refund for this DELIVERY because I will be throwing this opened bag away unless I have to bring it into Walmart for the return
