Nice easy dumbbells and barbell not the best but still does the job like any other dumbbells love it it's working great for me biceps triceps forearms and everything a lot more absolutely worth it

the screw on weight holding nuts are metal for the lifting bar and plastic fiber for the hand curl bars. l could not find anything wrong with the set. good for the price.

I love all of the weights and bars but my directions go to another set because my set has no connection piece to connect the two hand bars together to make a straight lift bar. My set has a curl bar instead of a lift bar.

My order did not come with either of the dumbbell bars and only half the weights. It's also in Kiligrams instead of pounds.

The grip is not good enough to hold at the right position The lock on both side doesn't lock or hold the weight.

It is impossible to get help if there is a problem with your order. We ordered this weight set for our grandson for Christmas. It is missing the rod that holds the weights and several smaller important pieces. The set is not useable. The order was delivered in a box that looked like it had seen better days. It had been re-taped several times. Not worth the discount you think you're getting by purchasing this set. We are left with a set of weights that can't even be used. We've tried repeatedly to contact the seller. Walmart says they can't help but that we must go through the seller. Money down the drain!

There was a piece missing and they never responded to any of my attempts to have them send me the missing piece. They do not have a US number so you have to contact them on their customer support form and they do not respond. Do not purchase from them.
