It relieves the pain, I was amazed. I would recommend you try this product. I think it is a wonderful price for what this product gives you in return. In fact, it is incredible. I know it says it doesn't work for everyone, it is worth taking a chance. It worked for me and I bought it because my mother-in-law and sister-in-law both rave about it!! Make sure you put it on correctly, if it's just a little off, it won't work. I am a very happy customer! I got this at Walmart site to store and it was there speedy quick and someone helped me within a minute of getting there, very nice, quick service...great experience all the way around.

I thought I would write a review bashing this product , but it truly worked ... with-in minutes if not sooner , wow ! I normally have to take a break from my computer desk after about 2 hours , now I can sit here at least 4 to 6 hours depending on what I'm doing .. time flew by before I realized I had sat here 6 hours .. It is a relief , not a cure .. but it sure does work and I'm not the type person to kiss up saying it works when it doesn't .. ( 1 ) It can be worn on either leg , depending on which side the pain is coming from ... if the pain is in the middle then try the right leg first and if that doesn't help , then try the left leg , right up under your knee cap .. easy directions on the box .. ( 2 ) Not recommended to use one on each leg at one time , use only one .. ( 3 ) Take a break from using it after about 2 / 3 hours for a few minutes or hours , then put back on if needed .. I use mine all the time with breaks in between .. ( 4 ) Just remember it is not a cure all , it is a relief to your pain and I assure you if you give it a chance it '' works '' .. ( 5 ) One size fits all .. there is a '' L '' letter for your left side and a " R ' letter for your right side , once you get one you'll see what I'm talking about .. ( 6 ) Enjoy the relief ..

I'm 29 years old male 6ft 220lbs and have dealt with sciatic nerve pain for about 10 years now. Never had any surgeries and I don't take pain medicine besides ibuprofen. After going to chiropractic for years which does help I finally decided to buy this about 2 months ago. THIS IS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER BOUGHT!! Only wear for few hours at a time so it don't leave a rash on leg. Other than that I'm pretty much pain free when wearing it. I've seen others say it didn't help but I've put mine tight on my leg. Pretty much pulling the inside tag at the end of velcro thru the plastic piece of the knee brace if that helps any. I love this and don't go a day without! !!! A must buy for anyone who has pain.

My husband had problems with his leg and upper back for the past 9 months. We decided to order this after reading all the reviews and glad we did. This works for him and now he is able to walk longer distance without any pain.

The brace has definitely helped my sciatica problem. It's not 100%, closer to 80% effective. I'm very happy I purchased this. I do recommend this product.

I can't say that it worked 100% - it may have but I only wore it for a few days. I will say that it gave me a degree of comfort and confidence to walk better. I shall certainly put it back on if my hip starts acting up again.

My husband suffered from Sciatica which nothing seemed to help from acupuncture, massage, chiropractor, exercise etc... putting this knee brace on gave him mobility and the pain is nearly gone. I only rated it a 4 star because it is only day two but for the price I would highly recommend.

This is a cheap knock off

This claims to be one size fits all, which means if you have small legs it will be too big and if you have large legs it will be too small. I've tried it several times but didn't really feel like it works other than it tends to become uncomfortable after an hour or so.

I have sciatica and this product did not take the pain away. As a matter of fact it gave me pain with the strap.
