Assurance Unisex Premium Underpad, Maximum Absorbency, Extra Large 30" x 36" (120 Count)

I've tried 3 different kinds of underpads, and this one is the best. Even if this one happened to be the most expensive, I would not go back to any of the others. The one to AVOID is the brand with "sticky" edges which are supposed to lightly adhere to the bottom sheet, except it does NOT. Assurance was by far the best of the 3 brands I tried.

These are wonderful for puppy potty pads. Have been using them for months and they are so much better than multiple multiple brands and sizes of others actual potty pads. These pads are strong, no leaking liquid, and super absorbent. Once soiled partially, I cut the non soiled parts off and use them underneath a towel or blanket or bedding as an underlayer.

I get these for my 79 year old mother. They are the first ones we have found, that dont leak, chap her skin, have a smell, and are affordable. we have been looking for approximately 15 years or so, so believe me we tried them all. not to mention they are very large, so you dont have to use ten of them just in case, i use a minimal amount, and know there gonna work.

I'm a caregiver and I put 2 Under the fitted sheet where the protection is needed and you don't have to worry about the underpads slipping. 2 XL pads give you plenty of protection and I also use them to put under a BM change and use it to help me clean up the BM easier. I cannot tell you enough how these work so well. I have a spouse who is incontinent due to cancer. These have saved my life and my mattress from being smelly and from having to spend every day with a carpet cleaner - cleaning the mattress. My wife insists that these are on the bed before she sleeps, to give the both of us - Peace of Mind. I am my wife's caregiver and these are easy to use, quick to clean-up and has prevented embarrassing accidents for my wife. Thank you!

I have tried other brands but this one is the best absorption I use them for potty pads for my dog and the other path when she urinates it just seems to go through the pads but these are thicker pad and they work wonderfully I highly suggest these pants

These are the best you can find that aren't hospital-grade chucks. Everything else I found are too small, or the quantity v. price sucked, and/or ripped when pulling from underneath my loved one during changes. These easily fit the width of the hospital bed, and when opened the long way, it covers about half of the hospital bed. This allows you to focus on the "hot-zone" where leaks are most likely to take place, and instead of having to get rid of a bunch of them all at once, you usually only have to get rid of one for %231, and two for %232. You just have to secure it around the disposable underwear because the underwear will rip before one of these ever does. Quality product that I'm excited to recommend!

I am phasing these pad out. When I first used them, they were great. Now my skin reacts to them...itch and minor rash. The pads fo work fairly well. They also shred between the layers during the night as I sleep. And they make me sweat. it is not unusual now to wake up, feeling over heated and sweaty. Pad changed out, then I might go back to sleep. So they do the job, but fill up the trash bag. The plastic bottom will keep most of the area below dry. You might sweat because the pad doesn't breathe.

While these pads do work in absorbing wetness, the main problem is that it is very difficult if not impossible to see if there are any dampness. If you use these pads for someone with incontenence, you cannot see if these pads got "wet". The only way to tell is to touch the pads and even then it partially drys after about an hour so making it even harder to feel if they got wet and need replacing. Unlike other pads I've found such as Inspire, that actually changes color in spots that got wet.

Both packages of the Assurance bed pads were left at my front door, unwrapped, not in any box, for everyone to view. Very embarassing!!!!! I couldn't believe anyone would be so thoughtless as to do such a thing.
