I personally cannot use with Licopene, Lutein, CoQ10, caused headache top of head, did elimination protocol, finding this.

Don't get fooled by these 4 MG softgels
These 4 mg capsules are a crock. You have to zoom down on the label to see that the serving size IS THREE soft gels to get a 12 mg serving. Notice the label has 12 mg in an easy to read font size and then they shrink the "per serving" to 1/4 of the size font.
