The zipper of the waist trimmer is small. The gel like strips shows the size of the customer and separate the widths. I have wore the waist trimmer in the sauna, but it might be a great idea to support my weight loss journey. I like that the waist trimmer comes in a black color to conceal the weight of the customer.

I have a naval hernia. I'm going to have it repaired. I ordered this to keep to help keep pressure on the problem area. Select which zipper you want to use and then step into like shorts and pull it up around your stomach. I feel it has really helped to contain my hernia. I will probably continue to use it after my surgery while I'm healing.

This waist trainer is one of the first I've ever tried. Upon getting back into the gym and such, I figured I'd give one of these a try. I'm a 6'2 guy, about 217lbs. But a lot of my flab and fat is in my stomach. What better way to try to help burn it away? My first impression was intrigue, at first I thought it was going to be too small. But it fit lengthwise fairly well. Give or take an inch, but in the long run that's fine. The material is super soft and not abrasive to my skin at all. It's very comfortable to wear and walk/work around in. There is an initial smell to the product, but I do beleive that's just because it has to be sanitized before sitting against your skin when you're expected to sweat. The only problem I did have is this; I guess I had a little trouble and put it on upside down, catching the zipper on the top, and pulling down. While I thought this was an interesting design choice, due to needing to make doubly sure the zipper locked when fully zipped.. I quickly realized I'd just put it on upside down. Wearing it right side up however, zipping it towards my chest did leave me with some fear of getting caught in the zipper somehow, but thankfully that didn't happen. You should still make doubly sure the zipper is locked though. If you're at a size where you're just a little off the next zipper, you might want to enlist some help, so you don't hurt yourself or possibly the product zipper. That said, the produce has 5 zippers, so that way, as you lose weight, or fat in the area, you can slim it down and adjust it to what you need. Personally I would worry about being Inbetween some of these zippers size wise, but the material is very stretchy and comfortable, so as long as you can zip it up, you should be good to go!

Basically this waste belt was just too big. It was a nice waste built and that's why I was trying to return it or exchange it, but I was unable to so I just returned it.

The is supposed to be the only thing keep the waist trimmer on me. Should have some sort of velcro strip to help aid the zipper. I have to use a safety pin to keep the zipper from easily slide down bacl open. Do not buy this item with its current zipper design. The advertisement showed a slim person using it, but it is not meant for those with love handles or a plus size belly.

The zipper is pointless. If you bend down it literally will just unzip. Also it is not very tall so it covers half of your stomach area. Junk.

I wish they had a picture to show , the waist trainer was very short I'm a short girl with a lil pudge in 185 pounds and it kept rolling up on the sides of my curves

The package said "Fits waist sizes up to 50", I'm 46" and it was way too small!! I have to return it, not happy,

it just didnt fit properly, very uncomfortable on me. It may work for someone elses body type, but not mine.
