Athletic Works Multi-Function Pull-Up Bar, Black

This is a great addition to our family home work outs. It was very easy to assemble with 5 screws and they also provided the tools with it. So far so good on durability as well, it is fairly light weight. We have it hung over our hallway entry where my kids, husband and I are all able to utilize it without an issue.

Exactly what I expected. I not only use it to work out but also to stretch my back and shoulder muscles. The only thing I would take note of, is you can't close the door that it's on. But it takes two seconds to take down and put bsck up.

Had to look up how to install metal safety hook, but otherwise good instructions. It's stable enough.

It's a great exercise bar. Easy and lite. It is very convenient and simple to use. Many different hold positions.

This is a good pull up bar for the price; the only issue I have with it is that my hands don't quite line up with the grip. That can make pull ups somewhat uncomfortable. If I had to buy another one, I would pick one with more grip so my hands are not on the bare metal.

it wasn't very hard to put together. and it's very sturdy and stays together. but it will not go over my doorway. and it will not stay in the doorway without going over the doorway. so it's pretty much useless to me. but it seems like a great product.

Please check your item against the instructions and the package box as this will not fit correctly in most of standard home doors (36") The bar I received is too short and instructions says it only supports 24-32" door. The box on the other hand says 30-36".

I was incredibly hopeful about this pull-up bar, but my experience has been deeply frustrating due to the shockingly poor quality of the assembly hardware. The bolts, washers, and even the tools provided feel incredibly weak and are not fit for purpose – especially considering this product was advertised to hold up to 250 pounds. Right out of the bag, I discovered one of the crucial washers was already broken – snapped clean in half on one side. My disappointment grew when a second washer snapped while I was carefully screwing in the acorn nuts. It's clear these components are made from an incredibly brittle material. The frustration didn't end there. The assembly process itself was made incredibly difficult because the tools and even the bolts seemed to deteriorate as I tightened them. The wrench included in the box began to bend under normal pressure, and the Allen wrench suffered the same fate, deforming as I tried to tighten the bolts. It felt like I was working with tools and parts made from weak aluminum, almost like a soda can, rather than robust materials truly capable of supporting the advertised weight. This entire negative experience could have potentially been avoided. If the manufacturer knows these small but critical parts are so prone to breaking and degrading during normal assembly, they should either include extras in the packaging or, ideally, invest in using stronger, more durable materials from the outset – materials actually suited for equipment intended to safely bear 250 pounds. As it stands, I'm left with a product I struggled immensely to assemble due to the poor quality of its parts, and I'm seriously concerned about its integrity and ability to perform as advertised. I would not recommend this product.

It had no instructions online, turns out it's for a door with a molding of 3" /- otherwise it will not work, and all of my door moedings are 9" (double molding) Sadly I paid with my OTC card that will have all of remaining balance depleted by the end of the month hence making it useless since I can't return it and to add insult to the injury I had to pay $7 shipping.

The screws are to short. If they were a straight bolt it would work. But these bolts are square at the head of the bolt can't even get the bolts and nut to screw together. The square part keeps the bolt from coming up high enough to put the nut on Have to go and get a 2-1/2” bolts to make it work
