[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Athletic Works Under Door Trainer is lightweight yet sturdily made, a combination that makes it portable (easy to travel with) and able to withstand repeated usage. Once you find an appropriate door, you can work in a workout almost anywhere. A nice little piece of gear to have for working on core strengthening. I'm happy with the progress I've been able to make.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is going to come in handy. I love how unique it is. You put it under the door and use it to help you do sit ups and push ups. It is very cool and I think this will encourage me to exercise more after work :)

Love that it is compact and easy to take a long anywhere you want to (as long as the place has a door, lol). I didn't even know these existed. ahahaha happy I was able to snag one, and now I can use it often!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy the under the door trainer is to use. My 10 year old has a hard time with sit ups and he can set this up on his own. It is easy to adjust and since its a smaller piece of equipment it stores easily. We have been using it a few weeks and still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works as intended, although you have to get used to creating the tension to stay in place. It only came with small direction and warnings, it wouldve been cool to show more workouts that you could do with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product, it definitely helps you get a quick and effective workout in, but it's doesn't show the most progress, you would have to do it for a really long time.Besides that it worked great didn't slip off the door and it held together great.I tried it on my room door and in my dorm and it helped if I didn't want to get in the gym.

Could be great. Not sure. Awkward to use. Sits unused for this reason.

The metal bracket holding together the straps snapped on me mid rep, causing me to smash my face into the floor. I'm 190lbs for reference. Buy something else.
