I was tired of the pinching and breakage of the rubber bands given to me by physical therapy. These stretchy cotton bands are great. These wide bands feel comfortable on my skin even if I'm wearing shorts. They don't stick to sweaty skin like other materials do and are easy to take on and off. Definitely worth the price.

If you are tired of the cheap rubber bands rolling up, pinching your skin, or snapping mid workout, you absolutely need to switch to these fabric ones. They have a fantastic grip on the inside that keeps them completely secure and in place no matter what exercise you are doing. Having three different resistance levels is incredibly helpful for targeting different muscle groups or easily increasing the intensity as you get stronger. They feel very durable, high quality, and comfortable against skin or leggings. Plus, the included carry bag is perfect for keeping them organized and tossing them into a gym bag. This is an awesome set for anyone looking to upgrade their home workout gear!

I've started using the easiest band first , looking forward to getting better with them and seeing the results I feel in my glutes. Pretty colors, good quality for the $$.. you don't need a lot of equipment but these are definitely a bonus! xo

No complaints! Needed these to add intensity to my pilates workouts and they've been working like a charm thus far. Comfortable, no snagging and lightweight. Would recommend!

These are the 1st bands I ever used that didn't roll and hurt my legs. Because of this I never use them. They also have a rubber strip inside to hold them in place. I'm so happy to have these fabric bands!

Good exercise band! Both sturdy and versatile! Easy to store, clean, use and even travel with. I find this type of exercise easier and safer way to build strength and flexibility. As you become older strengthening and stretching becomes vitally important.

The bands are good quality. I have only used the lightest/most stretchy one so far. The bands are a bit wider than I expected.

The overall quality of the product was good. However, I did not realize that the product only came in a loop and not a single long piece. I needed a single long piece to assist me in my physical therapy exercises. The looped item was too short and twice as difficult in strength for me.
