I bought this air hockey table about four years ago and it has been an AMAZING addition to our playroom. It has withstood the test of time and works just as well today as when we first put purchased it. The product works incredibly well and the light features are amazing. Our kids, their friends, and so many others from our neighborhood have thoroughly enjoyed this table. I strongly recommend it.

Very fun. I like the lights, look, automatic scoring. Sound is loud - the blower is very loud.

The table is poorly packaged which allows no protection for the item during shipping. Our table had a huge hole in the side and the table was completely damaged. Trying to figure out how to get this fixed or replaced has been nothing but a hassle. I also bout the extra protection plan which I am unable to use because it's still under manufacture warranty.

LED lights along the one entire side do not work properly. Half of the strip does not light and the other half does not change colors.

The table was broken when it arrived. I had to call support to arrange for it to be picked up and returned. They picked it up on Tuesday, but when I checked online, there was no record of the return. I have now spent more than 2 hours of my Saturday contacting various members of Walmart.com staff, who told me to call FedEx. When I called FedEx, they said they couldn't help me, but Walmart.com had to call them. In the meantime, I am out over $1000 for a broken air hockey table that was I no longer have because Walmart.com order the return pick-up, but didn't complete my return order form. In the meantime, I ordered the same item from Amazon and it arrived yesterday and my guests are enjoying it. Lesson learned.

This air hockey table started falling apart immediately. We had a different air hockey table in the past, that last for years. We bought this seven months ago and it is already destroyed. And we are very careful with our items. This is just from normal play. We are extremely disappointed and hope we can still return it.

Leg was damaged. scheduled a pick up. The truck never arrived to pick it up after scheduling 2 different times. I cannot get resolution from customer service.
