AT&T EL52219 2 Handset Answering System

I certainly needed new phone mine on its way out....i also need 2 phones 1 for living room and 1 for bedroom....also was a great price.... well worth the money so Ty much

It's a very nice set of phones. The distance from the phone to the bases is extremely far. I can go all the way out into the parking lot into my vehicle and it's still crystal clear and the base is in my master bedroom at the back of my apartment, so it's really good value.

This product is good to have, the old phone was giving out, so I purchase another AT%26T. It works great. I needed for the range of service. It took me awhile to set it up, but the installation was easy. Have good reception and the display is better than the old one, because the size is smaller, but better quality.

Well....it does do what a phone is supposed to do....however...I can't help but compare it to my last set. 1st....I don't like the set up to bring up alphabetically , the name I want to call. You have to hit that button then click fast to select the right alphabetic on that key, that you are looking for..... or it will stop on the 1st one and you have to start over again. 2nd. This phone daily....shows I have a ' New Voicemail'. But I don't have one so I go into the 'settings - find the ' clear voicemail' then hit the button. Then the message is gone. OH no....there it is again the next day. And on, and on, and on. It's there most of the time.....I have no idea why. Some of the little 'tweaks' you just don't know until you buy %26 install a phone but for me....I'd rather try another one.

I have had this phone in the past and it worked well but I had to return the phone because I found the same phone with one more phone included at BJs for only 5 dollars more. Im doing this review so Walmart will stop asking me what I think :)

Had some time to find everything I needed to get from one stage to another but was time consuming , my wife on the other hand can't use the phone , too many problems trying to find her way around phone . She's not tech savvy , so I have to help her out most of the time . I'm 80 years old and my wife is 75. We need phones that aren't too complex for our old brains ?

The package came right on schedule within the time promised, almost to the minute. The phone unit was packed within several boxes and they were easly opened. Upon opening the outer plain box, and the innter one, I found two AT%26T phone pictured boxes, and first thought one was the base for one handset, and the other for the second hand set. However, it turns out I received two orders and checking the online order, it appears to be for just one order, so I will need to return one but still unclear whether I have been charged for two? My AT%26T phone that I have had for 15 years I liked, and I tried to get another like it So I frist visited the WalMart superstore on Rosedale, but did not see exaclty what I wanted, while I could not pick up the units to get a good feel of their structure because they were fastened to the display table. I then shopped online and saw what was close to what I had. However, the base unit for ansering and messaging turned out to be smaller and lighter in weight than what I had, and its material composition is also light weight. The handset was slightly smaller and liighter in weight and is likely to easily fall out of the base stand. This is my main critisism of the product. Despite the images of the order and the description, one may still not know for sure until the order is received and in hand. While it is a wall unit, I am hesitiant to mount it because the handset is so flimbsy, it could easily fall out if bumped.slighty. Otherwise, it appears to be good buy. It was not too time consmuing to put in the battery for the handsets, and test everything out and all worked fine immediatley after assembly.

The phone is too small. I can't put my finger my finger on the receiver, shutting it off and on it's on another language and I can't get it off and I can't hear sometimes what it's saying thank you.

They don't seem to work with old wiring, and they don't come with belt hook, like they used to. I was disappointed. AND they make it impossible to get it back into the box for returns.

Product was used and parts were missing from the box. I had to return for a full refund. When I got the box the seal was broken. I was under the impression I was buying a brand new item. Clearly wasn't.
