If you're gonna buy Royal Rice, go all out and get the 20lb bag!!! This things LASTS! We eat rice with almost every meal, to stretch our budget, and this bag will last us, a family of three, a GOOD month and a half! Even if my budget was tight, I'd still buy the 20lb bag because rice can be a meal in itself! It's worth it; trust me — a housewife with a little guy to feed!

I like all kinds of rice. This rice is really long grain and thin. It is not so sticky when cooked. Smells and tastes great. Costs about the same as similar types of rice and comes with a shopping bag for later use. This is the kind of rice served at Indian restaurants.

These are long, aromatic rice. A go to with your every dish. I use it for every day for my meals whether it is with Beans, with lentils and even they are long enough to use it for your Chicken / mutton biryani. Loved it!

Royal Basmati Rice is clean basmati, free of insects and sediments that are common in most other rice products emanating from India. I would gladly pay a premium for a certified organic Royal Basmati Rice, should it become available in the future.

This rice has been amazing for our family. I do wish that it was it was plastic free packaging as thats why I picked it over others but the rice is in a plastic bag inside the fabric bag. But overall the rice is great quality.

price wise its much more expensive than my local Indian grocery store due to bad weather I had to get it from Walmart this time but Royal is my favorite brand for basmati rice .I have been using this brand for years and I will not buy any other kind .Full of aroma , perfect grain doesn't need oil or butter to make steamed we just all love and enjoy this rice however we choose to make it . I highly recommend this product.

This is the best value for Basmati that I know of other than having an Indian grocery store close by. It isn't the best Basmati that I've ever had, but still excellent, delivers fast, very good quality and convenient at the lowest price you will find.

I buy this rice every so often, it's lot of it ,but we like rice. I take this big bag rice break it down to 2 cups per bag and vacuum it into flat packs so it stacks well after all rice is bagged I put it in bottom of our freezer. I like the Balsamic rice best. Stores well like this.

I really enjoy this rice with light seasoning/sauce. The packaging is excellent. A sealed plastic bag within a nicely decorated burlap sack that has a zippered opening and handle. I plan to repurpose the sack for grocery shopping once I've eaten all the rice. Great product.

I ordered the 20lbs bag of Basmati Rice on January 31st 2026 online. Walmart said it would be delivered on the 2nd of February 2026, I got an Email notification saying that my order was delivered, when I went to my door there was NO package there. I looked at the Email and I saw that they delivered my package to the wrong address, I called the customer service number and told them what happened, they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, I told them I wanted a replacement, the customer service rep told me that my replacement would arrive on the 5th of February 2026. 30 minutes later in received another Email saying "Unfortunately we are unable to Replace or Refund this order". I called them back and another rep told me that she was sorry for the inconvenience and suggest that I take the Refund then reorder, I did that. On February 11th 2026 I called again and the customer service rep told me that they already sent out my Refund. Today is February 17th 2026 and I still haven't received my Refund. I called them just now and spoke to another rep and told her what my issue is she looked up my order and saw that they didn't send my Refund, she also saw where the delivery driver did not deliver my item to my address , she told me not to worry she'll take care of the issue , she's going send all. The attached details to the department who deal with this kind of issue. I just got a other Email saying " Unfortunately we're unavailable to Replace or Refund this order. So in other words I just got Robbed by Walmart without a gun. I am cancelling my membership with them if this issue isn't resolved tomorrow February 18th 2026. I want my full Refund . I realized that I am not the only having this problem with WALMART. I just read dozens of other complaints with the very same issue as me. Walmart you need FIX THINGS
