We love our Patio Umbrella. It goes perfectly with our new patio set. We love the dark gray looks great and matches so we'll. The Umbrella is huge and fits amazingly on our porch. Nothing beats having shade. The Umbrella is also adjustable. 😃 😊 Lastly, it came right on time.
Excellent 9ft umbrella for the price! I've been wanting an umbrella and finally splurged, except it wasn't as an expensive a splurge as I thought I'd have to make, so I'm very pleased. The color is “camp green” and looks great in the yard of our Montana mountain cabin. I thought the color options were great, and I like the tilt function. It was easy to assemble and I'm happy I now have some shade!
I do like these umbrellas I buy them all the time the only problem is where the tip mechanism is it is loose and makes the umbrella set crooked. other than that I buy them all the time great for Sun
Have had fairly every style of patio umbrella at my home - pulley, crank, push-up, etc. I generally buy them online and they come assembled with the exception of a singled section of the pole to insert. This one has the customer inserting extensions onto each part of the upper structure and attaching the canopy. It was simple. And, common sense was more instructive than the instructions. Just unexpected and unusual. Typical crank-style umbrella with polyester fabric umbrella. It functions as designed and represented in the listing. Pole fits in a standard base. Personally, I like darker color fabric so that it doesn't show dirt or stains. Just remove the fabric part before storing over-winter, wash it and put it back in place in the Spring. Light colors don't generally fade as much, but, they tend to show stains from being out in the elements during the heat of the summer. The one I chose was brown, which tends to be the color I choose for outdoor furniture, etc. It was a true brown color. The umbrellas came well-packaged, parts and all. No hardware or tools needed for assembly. Assembly took just a few minutes. Shipment and delivery were quick.
I'm happy with this item. It has held my umbrella securely in a few high wind storms already. The security screws were a bit loose which I think may have been caused by the winds, so they should be tightened after a storm. I'm especially glad that I went with the round base because it can be tipped and rolled when it needs to be moved to a different location.
These were perfect for a few weeks. The fabric pieces that cover the arms of the umbrella started tearing by the end of month one. I've had to reinforce them all with white duck tape to keep them all from tearing
Umbrella is nice. Thank goodness is was packaged well. Delivery service sucks. FedEx! More than half the times they deliver, they toss and kick the packages. My home security camera is watching. I once received broken jar baby food and other things. I won’t order anything delivered that is fragile anymore. This doesn’t just happen to me. Family and neighbors have the same issues. If I see a FedEx truck coming I try to be there and get it handed to me. Granted not all the drivers toss the packages there are a lot of good ones, but I can’t take the chance anymore.
The umbrella itself is well made. very sturdy and nice and big. The problem I had was I ordered red and I got more of a burgundy color than a red. other than that, it's definitely worth the money.
Cheaply made, compared with other patio umbrellas I've purchased in the same price range. Shorter in height than my other 9 ft patio umbrellas and I have several on a large roof deck. Had to assemble the end parts of the ribs, which I've never had to do in another patio umbrella in the past. Wasn't hard to do, just unusual and seems it was made that way in order to fit into a shorter shipping box. This must be the same reason the center pole is shorter than other standard 9 ft umbrellas too. Disappointed in this brand overall.
it wasn't what I ordered it wasn't a red umbrella it was beige and it wasn't the design I ordered all in all wasn't really happy with my order but I don't have a vehicle to return it so I'm going to live with it
