There's 2 packages in the box and they say to use it for 60 days. so im on the the second pack inside box now. So far not as frequent as before so the hot flashes are slowing down. will keep going trust the process

little help is better than none
I didn't have as many hot flashes during the day, but during the night is still bad. But I guess that's why it says "Reduces" and not eliminaties.
