The bottle is big and it lasts about a month! The flavor is actually not bad either which I am appreciative of because it makes them easier to take! The gummies are a good size too. AZO is a great product. The gummy's are convenient and tasty. I really wanted something to help me with some of the other issues like moodiness. It has helped somewhat.

Gummies are hard! I actually broke a tooth on one of these! Taste is bearable, but not good. So far, cannot tell they have helped a thing.

The gummy's worked like a charm no more hot flashes but the side effect of it was making me dizzy and a big one is weight gain. I gained 5 pounds just from the one bottle use. That's not good. I took this for 3 months . 1 gummy per day faithfully. It's supposed to work in 8 weeks(2months), but I thought I'd give it extra time to work. IT DID NOTHING!!!
