Helps with Arthritis
After taking these for a few days, I can finally raise my arm again. If you have Arthritis, I recommend trying these Omega 3, 6, 9. It has really helped my movement.

I've only taken this supplement for a few days, so I can't speak to the effects medically, but aside from some mild evening heartburn, I've had no issues with it (I think if I take it earlier in the day, evening heartburn shouldn't be an issue. I don't normally have heartburn, only started when I began taking supplements). No taste at all, which I always appreciate.
