B-12 Methyl is the only kind I buy. I have purchased different brands and this is my first time purchasing the Sundance brand. The tiny berry flavor tablet has a pleasant taste. I really like the quality of this brand and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality B-12 vitamin.

I took this product because I needed to raise my vitamin B12 number. After a blood test my B12 numbers went up because of this product.

Liked because it's not nasty.

Its a good product dissolves fast got it in good time.

Pleasant taste, a bit larger than I would like for sublingual supplement, took longer to dissolve than smaller size I am used to. Better value given the number of tabs and price.

While they thankfully do have a fruity after taste unfortunately they also have a very chalky aftertaste as well. I have also found that the tablet does not dissolve completely after a minute or two I end up swallowing a very tiny peace. To be fair my mouth does not create a lot of saliva and that could be why I have that problem.

I just started taking these a few days so I'm not sure if they are working. Taking for energy and the one I use to take is no longer available so I'm trying these. They don't taste as good as the others.

I switched over from NB (green bottle) product because it seemed to be a better value in price. I was disheartened to discover that my B12 level has dropped 40 points, even though I use take one pill daily. I guess the product is good for those who supplement their B12 levels. For others, we need a product that has, rapid, consistent and significant results.
