I usually put cinnamon over various things but these came in capsules and a lot in the bottle very good for blood sugar it helps but you still have to watch your sugar content but this really keeps it in check good price.

Good Product
Easy swallow capsules. No after-taste. For us, bottle lasts about 3 months so, value for money is good. (Not a medical recommendation) Seems to have helped lower my glucose level a few points.

works
I am diabetic but the Food and Drug Administration does not recognize cinnamon as a real drug to treat diabetes. I brought my A1C down I brought my blood sugar down and my doctor could not believe that the only thing I did different was cinnamon. after 2 years of never missing a dose my doctor is now recommending cinnamon to his diabetic patients!

Very easy to take. goes down easily. Helps with blood thinning. I take it faithfully. I don't like synthetic drugs and I love that I can take this natural blood thinner and not harm my body. So thank you so very much for caring .
