I have only had 2 sinus headaches since using these when normally I have them much more frequently. Definitely recommend. I normally only take 1 a day but sometimes I take 2. Directions are to take 2.

Taste means alot to me
I loved the taste, which made it easy to take. I feel that it helped because by blood work came back better than before. I recommend this product. Will reorder.

Gross but works mostly
Ok hear me out, yes they are supplements, not a solution. The taste is awful! It's a taste like no other and for the weak it will make you gag. Do they do what is stated, mostly. Is it worth it, yes if you can stomach the flavor. Its definitely not a berry flavor.

They taste good but I can't tell if they're effective or not? One month is likely too soon to discern? Its for cleansing and protection of the liver, a daily maintenance thing. Straight Milk Thistle is what I've taken for years and it may be quite good enough? Its in capsules with no flavor. This shiws to have more egfective ingredients though. I shall see.
