Love it
I've always been told by people to start any 'vitamin' regime', begin with a good B-Complex, then add to it. It has worked for me and I totally sold on the Solgar brand.

Non GMO and dairy free and gluten free. It is good for us since we restrict dairy and gluten. It is also not genetically modified

vitamin B-12
The B-12 in this product is cyanocobalamin which is a man made b-12 . It can be dangerous if you have certain medical problems. I is made from cyanide. The one b-12 everyone can use is safely is methyl-B12.

Tastes and smells absolutely putrid. I want to yack upon opening bottle. Titanium dioxide…not necessary.
