I have to take large amounts of B12 and this product is so easy to take

The product is very good. I would recommend it.
These are almost too good. They taste delicious so I sometimes eat too many don't do that but they are excellent B12 vitamins.

Nice not overpowering taste, and thought I felt better in the afternoon, the first day, now 3 weeks later I do notice a difference in energy, and in doing my crosswords too, very pleased
