Gentle Addition to a Bedtime Routine
I've been using the Bach Rescue Sleep Dropper as part of my nighttime routine, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. The dropper makes dosing simple, and the compact bottle is convenient for travel or keeping on a nightstand. I like that it can be taken directly or mixed into water. It has a mild taste and fits easily into my evening routine. While experiences may vary from person to person, I found it to be a relaxing addition when winding down before bed. It helps me to really relax and have a restful night

These drops are so effective. They slow your mind long enough to be able to fall asleep,with only a couple of drops under the tongue. If you awake in the night, unable to go back to sleep...another couple of drops and backoff to Dreamland.
