Badger Sleep Balm, Bulgarian Lavender & Bergamot, 2 oz

I struggle with restless legs and very sensitive dry skin. This sleep balm has become part of my nightly ritual and has helped ease the discomfort of my RLS. After I shower I apply a small amount to the bottoms of my feet then put on natural fiber socks to seal it in until well absorbed. Massaging into pulse points is also very soothing. I'm an avid badger brand customer and honestly can say they've improved my life in many ways. I am so appreciative of their clean ingredients and brand ethos. I can't recommend enough.

This product provides a great scent for nighttime relaxation. I use it in the spring, summer and fall (before I switch over to the Aromatic Chest Rub for the winter). It's an integral part of my bedtime ritual, which helps me get ready for a good night's sleep.

I was extremely skeptical of the product working, as I constantly wake up at 3 AM and remain awake until 5. This product helped to fall asleep quickly, and even when I do wake up at 3 AM, I find myself falling back asleep quickly. And I am not they typical person who would even consider essential oils.

Soothing scent! I apply to my hands, arms, neck, anywhere I feel dry, right before bed. It's a soothing ritual. Smells great and is calming.

I use this for myself as a really effective sleep aid. Then bought sleep balm, baby balm and child balm as great gift for friends who have a newborn and a 3 year old as well.

I really like the scent and feel of the sleep balm. I've rubbed it on my temples and under my nose at night to induce a calming effect. I feel like the scent could be a little stronger.

I am going to Iceland for 3 weeks living in my tent and hopefully backpacking for 4 nights. In June, it is light all night long, and I have trouble sleeping. So far it has worked well at home, so only 4 stars, and I'll let you know when I return how it worked in harsher conditions.

This is a nice balm, as are all Badger products but I am not really sure it's helping me sleep? Possibly might relax me just a tiny bit just smelling the calming scent.

Feels nice on skin and smells great, however it does not promote sleep.

I had high hopes for this balm so I could travel with my favorite bedtime essential oil smell, however, it had the most faint smell of lavendar and it did not last on my skin more that 90 seconds.
