I just discovered crystallized ginger a year or two ago. If you'd like to bake, put a handful of these into your apple pie, your ginger cookies, your hot cereal in the morning. And these are the most flavorful and easiest to use.

Wonderful Product!
This taste so good. I need for GERD. Works great. Not too sugary. I like the tiny squares. Grab a couple and pop into your mouth. Settles nicely. I recommend.

This is sweet, but it is a little cube, so it is helping when you need a taste of ginger use with warm water or hot tea
