The thickness is pretty good, and the cookies don't stick and seem to slide off with little effort. The real challange will be when I make my home made hard maple sugar candy ribbons. Until it proves otherwise I am glad I picked it up, it was worth the money.
Purchased to give as a wedding gift, so I don't know how they do the intended job (baking), but they arrived free of dents/scratches. They are very nice looking pans.

A good size and works well
I had this delivered to my house. The pans arrived dented. They feel buried light and flimsy. I have not tried using them yet, but I am very disappointed that they arrived damaged.
The price was pretty expensive. I guess the quality was OK.
this is a beautiful pan and very looks very nice. But i ordered 10 x 15 and it's 9 x 13
disliked the ripped open bag and carton damaged,want walmart to know about this kind of delivery.
I have only used the pans a few times and the finish is chipping.
