BalanceFrom Ab Crunch Total Body Workout with Resistance Bands, Instruction DVD and Exercise Guide Chart

I took a chance because this version is half the price of the one I had just bought from elsewhere. I used the more expensive version for 3 weeks before this one arrived and I actually like this one better and its half the price of the other (which I returned). There are 21, yes 21 different exercises u can do! Great for all ages and fitness types from beginner to advanced because its adjustable. The elastic bands can be attached with the velcro straps and I was was really surprised at how strong the velcro is and is totally sufficient. Plus, the velcro makes it easier to rearrange the straps, or take them off and use them alone. The unit is so small and portable, well made but not overly heavy. With gyms closed I needed more pieces of work out equipment at home but I don't have a lot of space so this is perfect. I'm glad I took a chance on this version, and save $50 over the other one.

great little quick ab workout easy to use. just need to add a flash drive instead of a CD disk because not many PCs come with CD players anymore and not many household have cd players so I couldnt watch CD

Great buy and built to last!

Love this! So many different options to exercise, not just crunches, as someone who is just getting back into working out this is exactly what I need to get me started! Also love that this comes with a diagram showing everything I can do with this little machine. It's great!

U needed a way to get an effective workout at home and Ab Crunch works for me. Other than walking in my neighborhood I have not workout much but I wanted to amp it up with some strength training at home since I could not go to a gym. I feel like I have had an effective workout when I am done.

The item arrived on 12/12/2020 which is way before the original suggested delivery date of 12/28/2020. The item was packaged very well and after taking it out of the box I was very satisfied, I tested the resistance and I love it I haven't had the opportunity to get a full exercise but I think that it will handle the regimen that I use.

It works great except for when I do bicycle kicks with it , it squeaks and Idk what to do about that but other than that it's awesome I love: the way it works when pushing down with my hands doing no and triceps push-ups seem easier and sit ups are easier now for me more than ever before

The product is great. But I thought the AB Crunch would come with the elastic resistance pulls. The pictures on the box definitely show them. But after opening the box I saw that I have to first say I am completely satisfied with my product and write a review to that effect. Only then can I receive the elastic pulls. Sounds to me like buying votes.

you couldnt deliver and took 6 days to determine

not sure if the product just sucks or it lies and is not ment for overweight people. i am 229 lbs...i did 30 sit-ups with this thing and one of the adjustable arms broke. i will be returning this and not replacing it. and the DVD did not play in my DVD player.
