youll love it if you stick with it
Targets muscles groups just how described. Comes with workout routine sheet to get begin started. recommend starting with knee pushups if youre a beginneer, and about 5 sets of 10, dont oush yourself to much and youll be ok. if you can do knee push ups 10times do it 5. if its to easy then increase it to 10-20. like i said dont over do it. dont buy the expensive version of this either, this board shouldnt be permanent. once you feel confident engough go to the gym. Self discipline is a long road but itll make you happier and more confident. :)

DO NOT PURCHASE, I GOT A DELAYED MESSAGE AND THAN A RANDOM DELIVERY PHOTO AND IVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. THE FAKE DELIVERY PHOTO WAS A CLOSE UP PICTURE OF A DAMAGED BOX THAT WAS TAKEN IN SOMEONE HOME. SCAM DO NOT GET
