Arrived faster than expected. It took me a few minutes to put it together as it was very easy, Look and feels pretty sturdy. I used to have a different one many moons ago. This product is great to keep or get your tummy flat. I totally recommend this.

it's a light weight material which helps in doing exercise. It took me a while to assemble all the part, though instruction sheet was there but it wasn't enough details provided. Once you assemble product then you are on way to fitness club . happy so far.

EASIEST ASSEMBLE EVER! And as a woman with a man living together, I always have him do any assembly but I did this 1 myself cus it was that simple. **Thank you!** Also, just had a baby a few months ago (4), this weight gain is really bothering me. I wanted a simple yet targeted work out that I knew will work. So I bought this! So excited to get back into shape!

Its a great way to work your abs and vurn calories I felt the abs working after a few minutes, is easy to install it took me 5 minutes I would definitely recommend to give it a try.

This product works exactly how you want it to. As a sit up assist! The only issue I had was that I had to be extremely precise when it came to getting the last screws in. All's well that assembles though!

I had my boyfriend to help me put this together because it didn't come with any instructions and I didn't see any how to videos on YouTube but after he helped me set it up it was really easy to put together. It's not super heavy, which I love. I haven't had it long but I am going to keep track of my progress with before and after pictures after a month. I'm so excited!!

I did a few repetitions and immediately, I felt it. This works as it says. It is a good crunch roller. I recommend it.

Unboxing: The AB Trainer arrived in an easy-to-handle package (about the size of a briefcase) and all pieces were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. No damage or bending on any of the pieces, and all pieces were accounted for. Assembly: Everything fit easily together as expected and overall it took me about 10 minutes to put it together. No additional tools were required, as only an octagonal tool was required (included in the box). The one part which could have been made easier was that the installation instructions didn't make it abundantly clear which pieces went where, as many of them looked quite similar. Once I laid out the pieces and fit them together (before screwing them in place) this resolved itself, but a bit more clearer installation instructions (which piece is which, when comparing the drawing to the physical pieces in the box) could've cut down the assembly time significantly. All pieces fit together tightly, and there was no major force required to tighten screws securely. Usage: The AB trainer is padded nicely and easy to use. The only thing that would have made this a 5-star review is that it slips a bit easily (I'm using it on a laminate floor), requiring some force to keep it in place while I use it. Some non-slip material on the parts which touch the ground would've been a great addition! Overall very happy with this product, and a great deal for a gym-level quality abdominal workout!

This is a good exercise unit. Works great. I had one in the past. I wanted this to do some exercises to strengthen my muscles. Unfortunately I was unable to use it due to my arthritis but yes I do recommend it for people without health issues.

one of the part came without screw hole. I sent email to [email protected] but they did not want to solve the issue and asked me to complain to Walmart.
