I am giving the benefit of doubt re quality because I have not yet opened the packages. They are ready to go when we start our packing process in January. I have faith it's a great product. Order and delivery procedure was excellent.

Honestly, these came in EXTREMELY handy. My only gripe (however small it may be) is that most of the lip flaps came damaged. So it goes from "no tape required" to "some tape required". Otherwise, definitely a good purchase.

Do not expect to get the right mix or number of boxes and sizes when ordering from here. When I called customer service they told me I should not have expected the picture to actually match the item. They also arrived damaged and were visibly smushed.

This product is not what shown by the picture. Received 20 medium boxes but no smalls! Boxes are medium quality with double bottom and double sides where the handles are to support lifting decent amount of weight (I was able to put 40lbs in it, which will be fine with careful handling but could fail with rough handling). The tops and sides without the handles are the weakest part, and could likely be punctured with pressure in the wrong place (such as heavy weight sitting on top of the lid in the center).

Surprised at how thin the cardboard is, considering the price. They'll probably be adequate for moving lightweight items, but I wouldn't dare put anything heavy or fragile in them. Blankets, towels, stuffed animals would be okay. Glass items or dishes would be very risky. See photo of a dime against the cardboard to get an idea of the thinness. It's humid here today, and it feels like the boxes are mushy and could fall apart. If they actually got damp, I doubt they'd hold up. I do like the size, which is approximately 18" x 15" x 14".

May Issue is Not with Bankers Box products. My issue is with "Walmart's Trusted Vendor", in that I received the Medium Size - HD Bankers Box's, all high quality. The issue is with the Small Boxes supplied. Vendor supplied UHaul brand HD Boxes. with standard Bend-Over Flaps and Tape Shut to secure. I DID NOT Receive the Small Eight (8) HD Bankers Box's with Separate Top Enclosures. I'll be contacting Walmarts Product Support Group.

There are NO SMALL boxes. The picture shows 8 small boxes and 12 medium boxes. True, it never mentions small boxes included, BUT THE PICTURE IS DECEIVING. I bought this because I thought it had TWO sizes included.

Do not purchase these boxes. The perforation area's do not separate easily. I've torn up a lot of boxes just trying to separate the lids. I shouldn't have to use a cutting tool to do this.
