I mean this with 100% sincerity, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I am older, and a roux-en-y bypass veteran of 20 yrs. I have been wracked with all sorts of issues and the one that really has been the hardest was vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I have had anemia for 20 years. Thanks to this chewable, my numbers are actually for the first time going up. I will admit 45mg sounds like a lot but for those of us in deficit, or really struggle with absorption this is literally a lifesaver. It tastes like a large Flintstone's chewable (really large as its about as large as a quarter and about 1/4 in thick). But I like those kiddy chewable vitamins so it was fine. It's easy to do, just once a day and done.

I researched a lot of multivitamins looking for one to have a variety that I needed to take. This one was not only the most comprehensive, it also is chewable which makes it more digestible for me. I also liked that the shipping and handling cost remained the same, even if you ordered a larger quantity which of course I did saving additional money.

Great taste and like that it breaks in half perfect for smaller stomach. Has all vitamins required by my doctor.

Taste is like a typical chewable vitamin with iron. The size (quarter size) makes daily pill storage tight but it is scored if it becomes necessary to break in half.

I didn't like the taste.

I like the taste and that you only need to take it once a day. I don't like that the vitamins break apart so easily inside of the bottle. I had to stop ordering the chewables

Every it's good me personally I didn't like this flavor at all it would be nice to have more different flavors like fruit punch it's my favor
