I use this for my herpes simplex 2, I don't get cold sores but another type of sore, thus helps cut down on the itch factor and speeds up the healing.

I read that lysine and vitamin e are useful supplements for cold sores. Upon discover the ointment, I was eager to try it. I will say that after applying for about 2- 3 minutes, I felt some tingling and throbbing. I used it twice a day for 5 days and saw no changes. Would not recommend. Next time I will buy the supplement.

Was waiting and waiting for this item later and later notifed walmart after weeks late never came. walmart tracked order for me said item was lost in transit. i really wanted to try this out but unfortunately never got to. walmart canceled for me. very disappointed èspecially in way situation was handled.
