Basil Leaves by Its Delish, 10 lbs

Good flavor! I'll be using it on everything, Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, whatever I conjure up in the cauldron! It is a very good alternative for fresh basil.

First I liked how the “best by” date on the package was 2027 - I've got 3 years to use up this basil? Cool, no prob, I go through basil very quickly, hence the bulk order, but nice to be sent a product that will keep. Two, I liked how I could tell just by looking that this basil was promising. Green, like how fresher dried basil should look, and intact - no major dust at the bottom of the bag. Not stale or mishandled. Three I opened the bag and it smelled terrific. Four I put a generous amount in my soup and the taste was excellent. TLDR: it's great quality non-gmo basil for a great price. I will now be trusting It's Delish with my other spice needs.

Received a good quality product quickly

We use quite a bit of basil leaf in our house, and we had difficulty in purchasing the quantity we need. This 5.5 Oz. is just what we were looking for. It just arrived so we haven't had time to evaluate the strength of the seasoning.

Not a strong, if any, basil flavor. When I opened and smelled an almost nothing for the sent of the basil. It seemed finely chopped, overly dried, almost useless as basil seasoning. I will go back to McCormick's brand that tastes and smells like fresh dried basil. Believe me, I use lots of basil. This brand was a waste of my money. I don't recommend, and I would never buy this brand again.
