Even though the labels indicated which way the package was intended, there were no arrows, and so at some point the plant was standing on its "head" causing the top of plant to be FLAT and the new growth broken off. The inner wrap was excellent and would have prevented this if it had been long enough to fill box from end to end, instead of allowing it to shift back and forth.
