Beautiful 1.8L Ceramic Non-Stick Stovetop Tea Kettle, White Icing by Drew Barrymore

Since receiving this tea kettle I’ve used it every day. The soft green with gold/brass accents looks so beautiful in my kitchen. If I had need and space I’d buy many more of the items in Drew Barrymore’s collection. It’s not trendy but truly a classic.

Totally cute tea kettle, looks just like the picture. There a a few flaws, like paint bubbles on the top, that I could definitely overlook, would expect not to see them though for $30! Even with the paint flaws, I would've kept it, if it would yield more than 3 cups of tea at a time! That was a deal breaker for me as it defeats the actual purpose. Now it it was just a show piece, it's definitely a keeper!

The Beautiful 1.8L Ceramic Non-Stick Stovetop Tea Kettle by Drew Barrymore is undeniably stylish—the Porcini Taupe color looks amazing in my kitchen. However, I was disappointed by its size; it feels smaller than expected. Also, the whistle is barely audible when the water boils, which makes it easy to miss. While it’s visually appealing, I wish the functionality matched the design.

This tea kettle looks pretty, but is too small in capacity. The handle isn't very sturdy and is not "stay-cool" as stated in the product's description. You can barely hear the whistle if you're close to the boiling tea kettle, let alone if far away. The tea kettle takes a while to get to the boiling point.

Such a pretty teapot! Looks only go so far though. I prefer performance and this was an underperformed. I was looking forward to using this except the metal is extremely thin AND there is zero insulation inside so when it’s full of boiling liquid, it’s dangerous to hold. The handle gives it a stylish look but that’s not enough to get a good review.

It's beautiful but the whistle is disappointing. It won't whistle at all when full of water. You have to only fill it about a third for it to whistle. I returned another model because it didn't whistle at all, now this one is intermittent. I guess you really have to invest in an expensive model or find an old school type at a second hand store.

This is a lot cheaper made than I thought it’d be, since I have other items from the line that I love. It’s a slightly different pink too, but I guess with different materials it’s hard to match perfectly. It’s really lightweight and thin metal, the handle feels like flimsy plastic. I got it for the whistle, since I tend to set it and forget it. But you can barely hear it at all, definitely wouldn’t hear it from another room. I’m hoping I can return it and find a better option that whistles better and will hold more water. It doesn’t hold enough water to fill up a hot water bottle, but probably enough for a couple cups of tea.

It's not worth spending your money on a cheaply made cute looking keatle, It leaks when you trying to pour hot water , handle gets got so holding it is not safe, I guess i should have researched better , Though i have the electric from the same make and its amazing

This item is much smaller than I thought it would be and very light/not substantial. It stained on the first use (I tried everything to get it off, including a magic eraser). It also does not whistle.
