Beautiful 4 Slice Toaster, Sage Green

We love our new toaster. Our old one was 15 years old and left a lot to be desired. Our son commented this one was like a spaceship compared to the old one lol. It's got an awesome digital interface and features— and it is so pretty we don't feel bad leaving it on the counter!

I think this toaster is beautiful. It actually matches my cabinets and hardware. I like the settings and it's pretty easy to learn how to use it. My one complaint is I wish the slots were deeper. My toast doesn't totally fit so I have to turn it over and toast it twice. Otherwise I totally recommend.

I really wanted to give this toaster a full five-star review. I've loved all the products from this brand—we own the air fryer and the mixer, and both work flawlessly. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing this toaster, one of the levers stopped staying down, making half of the toaster unusable. It's disappointing because the design and performance seemed promising at first, but the durability just wasn't there.

This toaster is pretty, but that’s about it. It worked great for a while, but after about 3 months, does not toast evenly. The same setting will sometimes toast perfectly, sometimes burn, and sometimes doesn’t see to toast at all. Randomly, only one side of the bread will toast. For a $70 toaster, it’s absolute garbage.

It is a beautiful toaster but poor quality! We've had this item for 4 months and the right side lever does not stay down to start the toaster. Very frustrating to have a 4 slice toaster and only be able to use 2 slices! My last attempt is contacting the manufacturer in hopes they will make this right since we are just past the 90 day return window. A $69 toaster should last longer than 4 months!!

I bought this toaster in June of last year. It has been decent until these last 2 weeks. The lever on the left hand side will not click into place so I have to hold it down in order to toast anything. I have tried reaching out to someone as it's covered under warranty, with no luck. Save your money.

I'm sad to write this review because I LOVED this toaster! It was a bit of a splurge, but seemed worth it because the asthetics made me happy. HOWEVER... shortly after the 90-day warranty expired, the left slots completely quit working and we can see blue sparks when we depress the toast handle. That is the shortest lifespan I have ever experienced for a small kitchen appliance -- I expected more. We only used it occasionally (maybe 1x or 2x/week), and it lived in the same place on our kitchen counter, so no jostling or anything like that on our part, just a poor quality issue. It's really too bad, and I feel cheated out of the money :(Will probably avoid this whole brand in the future and stick to those that are more established.)

This toaster is so pretty…and so awful. Within a few weeks, the 2 left sides of the toaster stopped working altogether. The right side burns one side of the toast every time so you have to rotate the toast on two low settings, or stop it halfway through a high setting and flip it…and hope you don't forget. Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. But I'm past a return window since we didn't open it right away. All in all, a complete waste of money. But…it's pretty? Pretty junk.

This product only lasted 6 months. The button won’t keep the toast down. You have to hold the handle down the whole time. Don’t purchase. It’s garbage

Its very clean and esthetically appealing. BUT...thats where is ends. The sides get very very hot. Not safe for little hands! Also, it doesnt have an extra lift to safley get toast out. I thought this was just standard on all toasters but I guess not!?
