Works great thought I would buy a $400 mixer but this mixer for 125 was really worth it. It comes with attachments even comes with a cover to make sure nothing is pouring out or spilling out when I'm trying to pour extra ingredients into the bowl great value for the money.
Once again Wal-Mart, whoever is on the design team there, PLEASE KEEP THEM!!!! The new home items are so good!!! This mixer has exceeded my expectations. The color is my favorite plus it is very sturdy. A fantastic and economical choice over a Kitchen-Aid. I have been wanting a Kitchen-Aid for years but decided to try this mixer because the price point was more affordable for me. I love the matte baby blue color and finish. It goes in my kitchen perfectly and I'm making some butter in it as I type this!
I love this stand mixer!!! It is easy to use. Struggle-Free! I've mixed cake dough with the wire whisk, and it was a breeze. I've mixed thick cookie dough with the (paddle beater), and it worked great! It mixes nicely and quickly blends ingredients very well. I am very impressed with this little gem! Way to go Ms Barrymore!! I love my “B”.
This mixer is beautiful. It works very well for periodic use. I bake a lot of bread, multiple times a week. The only bad thing is it eventually gives out and it cracks making it not be able to lock and stay down. I'm on my 3rd one in a year, but with the price so much cheaper, even buying 3 is still cheaper than a KitchenAid.
Although it was very pretty, it's not strong enough for regular use.Mine started shaking once it got to the 3rd speed setting. There are 12! Also, the attachments don't reach that far down in the mixing bowl. You're better off saving up for a better quality mixer.
The lavender mixer is beautiful, but it's motor isn't strong enough. On the mixers first use it could not mix bread dough. The mixer became very hot then started to smoke. It was set to the lowest setting. I also tried turning it up to see if that would help, it didn't. The motor is not strong enough to handle the everyday tasks. But it is absolutely beautiful. The attachments were fine and the ease of use was great.
It's pretty, but inconvenient and doesn't mix. It pushed the dough to the sides, bounced when turned up, loud, hard to move around due to suctions on the bottom, bowl is small making it hard to scrape the sides. You had to turn it off constantly to scrape sides and attempt to get dough thoroughly mixed. Spout on the gaurd is amall and ingredients hang out on a lip. It was pretty and easy to figure out. I returned it. Ill save my money up for a different mixer.
Sure, it could be great if you don't want to use for anything serious. I made a dough for cinnamon rolls and could barely handle it then my dough for bread it just ended up shutting off and even fell over. It's is cheap and made of plastic. I've only used it twice and am returning because it's just not worth it.
The motor on this mixer is not strong enough to mix dough. I purchased this less than a year ago, and it had only been used maybe 10 times. Tonight I decided to mix up some dough for fresh bread and within 4 minutes using the dough hook, the motor burned out. I thought at first it was my GFC outlet until a strong burning smell and smoke started coming from the back of the mixer. It looks pretty, but that's not what I bought it for. 😢
the item advertised it would make bread dough, cookies and such. I attempted to make oatmeal raisin cookies and the top jerked around so hard that i thought it was going to snap. i understand you get what you pay for, but if you are going to advertise you can make dough at leasthave enough strength to do so. i love Drew 💜 i am very disappointed
