First of all, this is so pretty that I leave it out on display in my kitchen when I’m not it. But most days, I’m using it. It is amazing for making almost everything. It eliminates using more than one pan/dish for many recipes, because you can do you brown your meat, boil your pasta, etc, then add the other ingredients and slow cook. I also love that the pan lifts out for easy serving and cleaning. It’s worth every cent. I love it.

Love this appliance. The shape and size are perfect. Having the ability to remove the pot from the base for cleaning or serving is the best!!! My only wish would be for a more secure lid. The lid is very sturdy and metal but it doesn’t sit well on the pot while cooking. Even so, I still love using it. I’m just a little careful when placing the lid on.

I love this little gadget! So far I've used it primarily as a rice cooker and it is wonderful. if you're making rice and getting lots of residue, you either overfilled the machine OR haven't washed your rice enough. The instructions were a little unclear at first, so as a tip: make sure you do the steam cycle that they recommend before using, AND if you're having trouble accessing the too row of functions (like rice, steam, etc..) press menu, and press however many times to get to the function you're looking for! I would absolutely recommend!

I love this cooker! I’ve used it for 3 meals already and it’s amazing! I made chicken and dumplings, bbq meatballs, and white rice. All turned out beautifully. I love the gold handles. The entire appliance is beautiful.

I love this multi cooker! It is light, easy to use and looks great. The top is not glass like a crockpot due to the fact you can put it in the oven. Love cooking in it!

This beautiful unit claims to be 10 in 1. I personally do not agree. It's great for sautaing, grilling, and the slow cook setting. The directions are very bare and need more info. it's definitely trial and error. The pot is nice and big. While she is gorgeous, the pot portion is made of cheap crap and scratches and chips easy. There are a couple of things i do not like. First, there is a small hole in the lid to let out steam. Every time i have used it, the counter and under the unit are sitting in tons of water, and it splatters everywhere. Second, if you look at the pics, the heating element and base unit have a huge gap, and thanks to the steam hole, liguid and food debree get stuck under it. it does not come apart. There is no way to clean in there! Yuck. I honestly prefer my CrockPot. This unit is expensive for the quality you get. You are paying for the name. The unit does cook well and heats up quickly, good for a busy family.

This thing sucks. no way to cancel a setting, or start over of incorrect setting is chosen. forst time used, i selected the steam option, as instru cted by the manual. it went to slow cook, with no way to reset. i even unplugged it, it still went back to incorrect slow cook setting. 80 dollars spent on a kitchen device that works less well than my 30 dollar slow cooker. buy something else

As pretty as this Slow Cooker is. It is not worth the money. The lid handle gets way too hot, you need a pot holder to remove it. On the LOW setting for slow cooker it cooks WAY TO FAST. I put it on for 7-8 hours and the food is done in 3 hours. Not good for working. The food gets over cooked. I am very discouraged in this Slow Cooker. A waste of money. Now I have to purchase a different brand.

I tried to call the company and they're not answering I emailed them they're not answering and Walmart isn't answering it looks like it was used they sent a broken cooker I'm highly not happy I do not recommend this. it started on rice and I can't get it to shut off I un plugged it and plugged it back in and it still stuck on rice . buttons all don't light up !!

The control panel on this cooker melted 5 minutes in to my second use of this beautiful multi cooker. It is a fire hazard! I do not recommend and will not buy any other Beautiful products!
