Works real well. Though it doesn't last constantly when you have it plugged in. It's like it charges fully and then stops, and then dies even when plugged in. You gotta unplug it and then plug it back in to charge it. The solar panel does the same.

Fly season is hitting hard this year so i got this to put in my kitchen as the drain fly's and the normal size fly's are already starting hard and fast this year. its just what you paid for. It worked pretty good.

Charges and the light works great, but I can watch mosquitos fly right by it, it doesn't attract at all. The stars are more for the solar and light not the zapper. It works, but not impressed for the price

When I was shopping online, I saw this Bell %26 Howell "Bug Zapper", and my shopping for zappers was over! BELL %26 HOWELL has created good products for decades. But unfortunately, they dropped the ball on this one!!! After the first night of having bugs RESTING on it, flying around it, but no zapping going on, I ordered two ACTUAL BUG ZAPPERS from AMAZON the very next day!!! To this date; the Bell %26 Howell garbage, HAS NOT yet killed a single insect!!! The two from AMAZON were killing insects within moments of being plugged in!!! The AMAZON ZAPPERS must be near the '1000' to '1200' tally!!! Insects will fly within inches of the Bell %26 Howell... but WILL NOT FLY INTO IT!!! The AMAZON Zappers even work during the day!!! I was going to call WALMART, but put it off one more day because I was too darn mad to talk to them on this matter. People!!! Take note!!! AMAZON IS SELLING REAL BUG ZAPPERS!!! FKH

if the zapper and light actually stayed on and stayed bright... it would probably do a great job! it constantly fades out and doesn't effectively work. i even made sure that everything was tight and connected everywhere it should be for it to connect and work. still had the same problem

I am disappointed. The only thing that got zapped is my pocketbook because it did not even kill one GNAT. I bought it to kill the GNATS because I don't have bugs. The unit got hot in the charging and it did not stay charged very long. The Gnats flying around did not go near the blue light or fluorescent light at all. The company that backs these is a good company, which is the reason I trusted it, but I am so disappointed.😥

I gave it one star, but if I could, I would have gave it zero stars. We had it charged ready to go inside the kitchen with all the flies and the flies just flew around it. Terrible product.

I hate to give something a one-star review but there were no zero star options! This didn't work at all! I charged it fully and then had it out in 90° Sunshine all day long and it did not stay on for more than an hour which is useless.

IT DOESNT WORK, IVE HAD IT FOR A MONTH AND IT HASNT KILLED A SINGLE FLY. MY KITCHEN IS STILL RIDDLED WITH FLIES.

Opened this up and it was dirty also had cobwebs all over it smh! Returned within an hour of getting in the mail! TRASH!!!!!!!
