it is a great product but came missing one of the little rubber stoppers and no clear way to find a replacement other than return the item and thats not worth the time

I really like the ability to fold this up and it fits in the cupboard easily. The color is nice also. The only drawbacks are its a little hard to clean in a couple areas and it doesn't heat as evenly as I would prefer. It works pretty good overall and was worth the purchase.

Cute and functional griddle, the space saving standing up feature makes it easy to keep this on the counter and therefore accessible. Minus one star because the buttons to open and close it are not the most intuitive, and I find it difficult to clean compared to a flat griddle. I'd still recommend it, but if you use a griddle daily it might be better to go with a different option. Also, where the drain holes are, this was good for pancakes and burgers but NOT eggs.

Purchased this griddle based on the measurements of the cooking surface, hoping to gain more cooking space. Unfortunately the edges don't heat up so we lost space there. It is awkward to clean, the plates are not removable so when you clean it, water gets trapped in the tray area and is always leaking even after I dry everything.

I loved how nothing sticks to the awesome non-stick surface and the innovative idea of having it fold in half, but what I didn't like was it's difficulty to cleanup and it's overall size if cooking surface also that there was no accurate temperature guidelines on the dial.

It doesn't lay flat so the eggs run down the drain. It also doesn't stay together when folded, and you can't remove the trays to wash them you can only wipe them

When it first arrived I absolutely loved it. it has a non-stick cooking surface. it folds out and it's easy to clean up. Honestly I enjoyed it right up until the point when it actually stopped heating up. That was a really sad day. Around 40 days after it had been delivered I began to notice that it was no longer providing even heat. I had to return it. I'm hoping that they can work out the issues with the heating element. I sure would be willing to try it again if they could fix it.

I don't like it I got this for my daughter for Christmas it's small you can barely put anything on it. it drips a lot.

It arrived busted and there was tape over the tears in box at the exact same spots the griddle was broke, so obviously someone thought it would be a good idea to pretend it's all fixed and send it to me!

This product cooked very unevenly. I made three grilled cheese sandwiches on one side of the unit and only one of the three sandwiches browned properly. I made bacon on the other side and had to move them around to make sure all pieces cooked properly. I have returned the unit.
