Bellway Psyllium Super Fiber Prebiotic Supplement Powder, Sugar-Free, Mixed Berry, 72 Servings

I started taking the Bellway Psyllium Super Fiber Prebiotic Supplement Powder about a week ago. I followed the directions by taking one scoop per day for the first week and I actually noticed a difference after just one use. Directions state to take one scoop per 8 ounces of water but I opted to use 16 ounces because I do not like sweet drinks; even though this is sweetened with stevia, I prefer water over anything else. I did like that the powder dissolved almost completely so it was not gritty when drinking it (I used room temperature water). I also enjoyed the taste and it was not sweet at all. I drink this daily after a big meal and I have noticed that it has helped with bloating; I have not felt as uncomfortable after eating while drinking this after a meal. I also know I do not get enough fiber in my diet so this definitely helps. I will continue to use this product daily and recommend.

I have had stomach issues for years, family thing. "bel way super fiber" has helped my stomach issues more than anything else I have tried. Fiber and I are not friends and many times when I have used fiber supplements I have ended up with gas, bloating, and severe stomach cramps. I'm not even through the first container and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is for the first time in a long time to not have diarrhea several times a day. I generally use 2 scoops in the morning in 8 ounces of water and that is all I need for the day. The directions indicate to put the scoops in the cup first then add water but I found that it takes me a long time to get the fiber to mix with the water and sometimes I would still drink clumps. I now place about an inch of water in the cup, then I add the fiber and mix. Once the fiber is mixed with water I add the remaining water until I have the full 8 ounces. Much faster mixing method for me. The fiber I am using is the tropical twist flavor and I really like it, doesn't taste bad at all and it doesn't leave an after-taste in my mouth like some of the other fiber supplements did. This will be my go-to fiber from now on, so happy I tried this product.

Well I just love this! I'm I'm an avid believer in fiber daily. And it's such a nice change to have a new flavor the tropical kind of nice change up for things you know. It dissolves better than what I usually get too. I like to make it with almost a scoop. Taste good keeps you regular well carrying all that good out of you. Make it easy to go thank you

I started using this product about two weeks ago mainly because of the fiber content. I noticed that my regular diet contained very little fiber and tried this product to remedy that situation. It is a powder designed to cleanse you of toxins and improve the health of your gut. I am not sure if it does all that but I do know it made me start to feel less bloated after about a week of using it daily.

I am using this product couple of times in week. It’s really good for guts health. So far I don’t see any side effect. I am using this product as per directions mentioned on the container by itself. It tests really good and auger free is the an other advantage for this.

The product has a good flavor. It takes 3-5 days to start working.

Let's face it. We don't drink these fiber products for the great taste or how pleasing it may be to the palate. We take these products for one primary purpose. This product does what it is suppose to do.

I was only able to try this product for a week, but due to excess bloating and discomfort, i stopped using it. I may try again another time, but i needed a break from the pain. It may work great for someone else, I think I just have more issues with my gut that cause probiotics to be very uncomfortable.

I have been using powdered fiber for years as recommended by my physician. If I could rate this fiber product zero stars, I would have. Be sure to place the fiber in the glass before adding the liquid or it just floats on top and never mixes well. They recommend using 8 oz. of water. I would definitely use more and have another glass of liquid of your choice standing by because no matter how much you stir or the temp of the liquid the powder NEVER fully dissolves. I can feel the grit of the powder going down my throat, coating my tongue and teeth. The powder sticks to the inside of the glass and to the spoon which is why I use the liquid from the standing by glass to try and get all the fiber I can into my body which is where it should be going and not washed out into the sink. The citrus flavor is mild and not overpowering however I burp up the citrus taste for hours after swallowing the product. Not good at all. I will finish the container but I intend to stay with my usual powder fiber product.

I followed directions exactly. I used tap water it did not dissolve completely. I used bottled water it did not dissolve completely. I added 1 ice cube to bottle water it dissolved better. But the taste made gag. To me it tasted horrible and the undissolved powder texture was disgusting
