Benefiber Fiber Supplement - 190 Servings

I have been taking Benefiber at the suggestion of my gastroenterologist for a number of years. It was not available at the local CVS or Walgreens, nor at grocery stores recently. I was happy to see it offered in the larger size online at Walmart and plan to continue ordering it this way. Benefiber does not alter the taste or consistency of any beverage, hot or cold. I usually add it to my morning coffee. Great product! Promotes healthy digestion.

Benefiber is a strong fiber supplement. On most days a only drink one large coffee with Benefiber mixed in the morning. That is all it takes to make me a regular kind of guy! No extra flavor from Benefiber, some days I mix it with water (takes more stirring because it's cold).
