Bertolli d'Italia Cacio e Pepe Pasta Sauce, Italian Alfredo Sauce, 16.9 oz

I was afraid to buy this Cacio Pepe sauce because I hate Alfredo sauce. This sauce is so different. It has the flavor of mushrooms maybe? I can't tell but it's SO awesome. I make it with a lb of chicken tenders and sliced mushrooms in it. Sometimes I bake it all with parmesan cheese on top and at times I add french fried onions or cracker crumbs. It's just a perfect perfect sauce. The possibilities are endless.

This was one of the best sauces I've had in a long time. Has become my favorite

Made chicken fettuccini using the sauce that was thick, rich and delicious. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For shelf stable cacio e pepe, this isn't bad. But ultimately, it's inspiring to just make this one yourself because it's a pretty easy scratch recipe. Give it a shot, but hopefully it will inspire you to branch out!

It was put in an egg type carton and sealed, so it did not break in transit. I made chicken Alfredo for my fiancé and I with it. It turned out delicious! It was a hit! We will be buying lots more of this sauce in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cacio e pepe sauce is pretty good in a pinch. Making cacio is pretty simple already, but I would use this again for something very easy. I much prefer handmade sauce to this, but it gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce didn't blow me away but it was an overall good sauce. I did have to add some salt and pepper to it but that was just my personal taste. My daughter ate it which doesn't happen much! So kudos for that but it wasn't anything that I haven't tried before.

This sauce was absolutely disgusting. The smell was overwhelming and the taste was the same. Be warned this is made with sheeps milk which i did not know before purchasing. I will stick to my regular sauce and never buy this again.

Horrible. This tastes nothing like Caccio de Peppe
