I love taking this before a 5K race or after normal workouts. Helps my muscles with recovery tremendously. Would highly recommend!

I blend frozen fruit with this mix and a little water, scrumptious! I usually make an amino acid drink to help keep my protein intake up as I have had a gastric bypass. This particular brand and flavor is the best I've found on the market.

good flavor. i don't detect a medicinal taste, as i do with other eaa/bcaa powders. the plumberry flavor is mild, but tasty. i sill prefer BSN AminoX grape flavor. i cantylive without my bsn grape drank :)

I wish this were a larger size. I use 2 cups a sugar free frozen blueberries along with my Designer protein I normally use. Get up and go!

it works well. the taste is kind of hard to place. Definitely helped to prolong my workout and expedite my recovery afterwards

This contains carrageenan which is banned in most other countries. It's TOXIC to your gut health. if they would eliminate this and the "gums", I would give it 5 stars.

this was only half way filled and it cost $16 on here . this is ridiculous , i except it to be full and you make it halfway ? but other than that it's great
