I bought this item last minute for my parents as I wanted a pre-lit tree. It exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this tree as you do not have to put any ornaments on the tree due to the lights being very bright. the branches are very short therefore you would not be able to put any ornaments on the tree as you can look by the pictures.
Beautiful tree! I wanted a flocked tree to go with my new re-decorated boho living room. I read most of the reviews before I purchased a 9 ft tree. I assembled the tree and took the time to fluff each branch and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Just as described! Beautiful lights and easy assembly. I did it all by myself. It's just as gorgeous as my old tree that I spent over 600.00 for. Take the time and move each branch in place as with any artificial tree and you will be amazed at how pretty it is. I've had so many compliments!
It looks nice, the fiber optic is a nice effect. The "needles", however, look like thin strips of plastic bags. They're okay when you stand back a bit, but not terribly realistic. It remains to be seen if they will survive being packed up and re-used next year.
Good points: It is very easy to assemble, the stand is sturdy and easy to attach, and the shape is perfect. Bad points: When it said pre-lit, I thought there would be lights all over the tree, not one light sticking out of the end of each branch. The needles on this tree can by no means pass as real.
The star at the top is very dim. It may work for some people, and we are using ours, but if I knew what I know now, I would've gone with a different tree. The branches look cheap. We bent the star down and put our own star at the top. So, we are making it work, and making the best of our purchase.
Very cheap looking and the colors are set not able to change or customize. I was expecting something different as far as the colors of the lights being able to customize. That may be where I went wrong. I didn't not like it and will be returning it.
Do not buy this product, the tree is no where close to 7ft and it looks like a stick covered in green paper with socket blink light. This tree will be going back. I boxed and went and purchased another. Do not waste your money on this tree, it need to be redesigned, it is not worth the money that is being charge for it.
The tree isn't as the photo shows. It isn't full and it's scrawny. It will not hold many ornaments. I'm thinking they upped the price saying it was over $200, but on sale for $99 for black Friday, just to get people to fall for it and buy it, but it isn't worth more than $50
This tree was actually scary. It would be a better for a haunted house. The color when it arrived was almost black. The lights when turned on one setting looks like a police chase. When all the lights were turned on it was like a strobe light. My child said turn that off before it causes you to have a seizure! It was the ugliest tree I have ever seen. It was returned.
The tree looks very different in person than in the listing, and the star topper is a big part of that. The included star is perfectly shaped, overly bright, and gives the tree a noticeably fake appearance. On top of that, the lighting on fiber-optic trees is naturally harsh: the color wheel inside causes the lights to pulse or blink even on the lowest setting, and there's no way to soften or dim them. The “random” black plug you found is usually just the unused connector for the star or optional accessories, so it isn't meant to attach to anything else. Overall, if the blinking is bothersome now, it won't improve, and the unrealistic topper doesn't help the look of the tree.
