Good supplement but beware they are horse pills. Not easy to take with a smart airway. Had to break in half.

They are very large and thick, which makes them difficult to swallow. There were several broken pills, which are almost impossible to swallow because of the jagged edges.

Arrived on time etc but over half of the tablets were broken and in pieces! Had to go through them and throw them out.

The pills are misrepresented in the listing. It shows they are round and much smaller than a nickel, but they are oblong and 1 in long and 3/8 in wide.
