Glucosamine / Chondroitin / MSM
Years ago I worked at a Supplement Company / Manufacturer / Call Center and learned many things. It took about 1 - 2 weeks of being on a Glucosamine Supplement for me to fully feel the difference in my Joints, muscles, flexibility, range ofotion. Now if I ever run out I can start to feel a difference within about 2 - 3 days. It really makes a difference. If you feel stiff, sore, have any old injuries or mobility issues I highly recommend giving this a try.

Works great
I've been dealing with a lot of pain from shingles and sciatica as well as my hips so I tried this and it is working so well I am so glad I got it I just have to remember to eat before I take it because it is hard on my stomach, but have not had any problems at all with this.
