I got the L-Glutamine because of the claim that it will help with muscles at times of muscle stress. I recently tore my bicep and messed up my rotator and had to have a couple muscles reattached. So, I decided to get these to see if they would help in my muscles being repaired and speed up recovery. I can't really say if they have or not, but I sure would like to say that they are. I guess time will tell. The pills themselves are not to big. I have taken larger and I would have to say that these are not that difficult to swallow. They are about a half inch in length and are not candy coated, but not to bad when swallowing them down. I hope they help speed up my recovery and will see how that goes. As a supplement, I would say if all else fails just try them and see how they work out for you.

Not sure how well these work. I'm not that into supplementation but I thought I'd give these a try. The pills aren't that bad to swallow , but I do like the powder of this supplement better. So far have not noticed any significant changes or results.

I'm not sure if use over time will show greater effects, but I can't really tell a lot with these. I have been taking them pretty sporadically, on my workout days, and even took them Before my 5k. I didn't feel like I had any extra energy during the race nor did I feel any different afterwards during recovery and stuff. 3 stars because it's average. I've tried so many supplements like this and never got the promised results. I will keep using this supplement and happily update it I get better results.

L-glutamin is a great product just not by Best Naturals company. When I received them the bottom was tempered with. The pills were wet and dried out %26 resealed the bottom. I never had anything like this to happen to me before. I was very disappointed to see that, I will be buying more just not from this company
