This chair was easy to put together. I did it all by myself and I'm 52 years young. On the box said it was a massage chair but it is wrong. It's an office chair/gaming chair. Very comfortable when you're at your computer playing a game or just browsing your e-mail. Or on Facebook.
I needed an office chair for my home office that was comfortable enough to sit in for long periods of time. I love this chair! It looks great, and its comfortable. My son assembled it easily and it only took 30 minutes.
My 18 year old son put this chair together, so far it looks good and sits comfortably. We are both slim and average height. Bought just for him to have a chair for virtual learning. Didn't need the recline or vibrating functionality.
Love this chair!!! Very comfortable. I bought 3 one for each of my business locations. My employees love them. Good and sturdy chairs. I put them together myself in less than 10 minutes. I recommend this chair for anyone that has to sit at a desk.
The chair itself is very well built and very comfortable for my girlfriend with back issues and lots of sitting while studying her schoolwork for hours on end. Unfortunately, the box had a huge rip in it, was poorly taped back together, and left out in the pouring rain all day until my girlfriend got home to move it as she got home before me that day. Luckily, cushions and parts were all in individual bags. The package of hardware was missing 4/10 small screws that hold the bottom of the 5 chair legs to the main circular base. One leg has 2 screws, all the rest have 1. One screw per leg will not be sufficient for long term use before giving out! Upon opening the box, i noticed the hardware pack was ripped in multiple spots (see pictures provided) Luckily, I found 6 out of the 10 small screws for the legs rolling around the box, and my guess is the 4 missing ones fell out before it was taped up. I would appreciate maybe a new hardware package as I'm sure those screws will be tough to find if lucky enough to at a hardware store, and I believe they're coarse thread. For a roughly $100 computer chair that seems well built, it would have been unusable had a couple more screws been missing for the legs attaching points!
This is a Christmas gift and recipient was very excited to open the gift tonight and started to assemble the chair just to see that when she was getting ready to place the armrest that there was a noticeable scratch in the seat that was covered up by some marker????? Very disappointing …………… the item will be returned
I've had it for a year and it's not holding up well. The arm rests are cracking and have flattened to nearly nothing where my elbows rest. The seat is also cracking and I'm starting to notice the springs within it pushing through a bit. As far as the ergonomics of it, I find it rather poor. The top part of the back is forward quite a bit compared to the rest of it. Not sure what this was for, but it just pushes the top of my back forward making me slump. I'm 6'2" with a light build.
The packaging was flawless but after opening to inspect each part the backing had been damaged. My guess is that when another buyer tried to put the chair together they misaligned the bolt that screws into the backing. If done correctly the backing is secure. If not you will see what is attached. Badly torn and ripped bottom right of photos. Please inspect this chair thoroughly before starting to assemble. The chair has been repackaged and sent back. Please remove from being sold. Very disappointed.
Box came torn open one top side with clear tape all over it. Chair itself is very flimsy. You could feel the massage parts as you sat poking you in the back and bottom. Very uncomfortable. Returned.
assembling the base central piece misshaped and unable to attach l one of the legs, therefore chair is useless
