Heats up water as I expected. With pump on, water circulates and is very comfortable.

This type of cover is great to have especially if the overnight temperature gets way cooler than the daytime temperature. It does a good enough job even though it is much thinner that the three year ones (which I have found from experience that only last one season anyway).

The cover is much smaller than expected. It does not cover the entire width of my 16ft pool, appears to be for a 15ft pool. So unfortunately, this allows bugs and leaves to get into the pool. The bubbles are very small and this makes it harder to handle when placing the cover in the pool. The material is flimsy. Last cover I had the bubbles were very big and it was much easier to handle. If placing the cover is not an issue for you then it's not bad. So far it has kept the pool warm.

shipped fast but arrived danaged. looks like box cutter sliced it. very thin but plenty big.

If you want solar you need a thicker material this it while lightweight is very very thin, does not hold in the heat, sink with the smallest amount of water on top

I purchased this item April 2026. I am writing this in August 16, 2026 and the solar cover has ripped and torn is brittle. I contact customer service and their response was this is out of our 30 day. Return a refund policy. It's a joke. This definitely should last more than four monthsvery dissatisfied very unhappy, only with a solar cover, but with the service from this company. I'm giving it one star only because I have two in order to submit this.

If I could give this a zero I would! It seems like the plastic is old, most of the bubbles are popped and the ones that aren't pop quickly when barely touched. Also, it oddly reeked of cigarette smoke, I say this because it sat unopened in my living room for an overnight, and you could smell it in the entire room the next day. I did not even bother trying to return as I could not just take it back to Walmart but would have to return through the mail to the original company, which while I have the name of the company I do not have any other information, I think return info should have been shipped with the item just in case. The only good thing I can say is it does float on top of the water, but I'm sure I will be purchasing a new one within a year. Very disappointed.

The cover does not help to hold heat. The water is still cold and my pool which was completely clear is very green after one week of using the cover. I would not buy this unless you want an algae pool.
